The hometown McD's dropping the ball yet again. Ordered my breakfast bagel with EXTRA breakfast sauce, got NO breakfast sauce on my sandwhich. Granted, it is a very modified order, but still, why order extra when they're not even going to add it on there in the first place? Not to mention, when I visit on my lunch breaks, I'm one of the select few that has to wait over half my lunch break for them to bring my food to me; just for them to forget to bring out my drink! I know it gets super busy around lunch and all, but a meal usually has a drink with it! It's starting to seem like every time

As a local native, I have been coming to this location for over 3 decades. The place is always busy. Service and food are consistent. My go to sandwich is the crispy sandwich deluxe. I went before noon so only the drive through was open. Plenty of seating inside. Updated self serve kiosks and refreshment fountain. No complaints

The Drive Thru at this location is iffy at best , quite ridiculous. Yesterday (and this has happened previosly) - i pulled into one of the drive thru lanes at 5 pm - no other cars around nor in front of me - NO response from the drive thru attendant- after a couple minutes I was told "please hold on" then two other cars pulled up in the other drive thru lane and ordered--still no reply in my drive thru lane - when I said "hello ?" - I was again told "please hold on" - after 3-4 more minutes of no response I drove away and wen to Burger King across the street ( great whopperw/cheese) Who kno

Went through drive thru. Told to pull around to a spot. 5 minutes pass and an employee brings out bags and gives to another car that had pulled up. Another 10 minutes, still waiting. Done with waiting, we pulled back up to the speaker and were told the manager would come out. Went back to wait in the spot. Someone who didn't have a uniform or anything came out, walked up to us, said she's theanager and told us she saw the guy bring our stuff out. Oh, then the employee who gave the things to the car next to me didn't verify the order and that was MY FOOD they handed off to someone else. Manager
