It’s my new to go place for authentic Mexican food, tamales de purco bomb, menudo reminds me of my moms. Update: All tho food was good and set at a good price. I got double dip on the tip I left. Food was 26.58 and I left a 10 dollar tip total of 36.58. Then my card was ran again that afternoon for a charge of 10 dollars…. I know it’s ten dollars but sheesh I would keep this in mind, sucks because the food was good.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our way from the airport to Tucson. She ordered the tamales and I got the cheese enchiladas, and we shared an order of chips and salsa. The enchiladas were so-so, just not that flavorful. The chips were good, and the salsa was very flavorful, but spicier than we initially thought. Our noses got to running fairly quickly! But her tamales were delicious! They were great, and we initially talked about going back there on our last night before flying out, just to get the tamales. Authentic, fair, and delicious! Located in the shopping center/strip, this is your next go to for that homestyle, amazing, and so good for you Mexican food. I ordered the barbocoa plate and everything about it was so good. The meat was so tender and flavorful. The rice & beans were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had and their homemade salsas were so fresh. Highly recommend this plate! Brandon, the young guy, who took my order and helped me out with catering was so nice and friendly.
