Went here right after a movie ordered ahead around 11:40pm. I order two smash burgers 1 double paid extra for bacon and 1 triple with bacon both with fries. The first time it came out we received two double smash burgers no bacon and a side of tots. I bought it to their attention explained our order was mainly wrong we had no bacon and a triple was a double. The worker said he understood and took it back second time around we got a double a large fries and a triple still no bacon on either at this point we are annoyed because now its 12:15am and we been here for a while, we finally get them to

All I asked for was a sonic oreo blast. Somehow, I keep getting a completely different order. First time I ordered it, they gave me an M&M blast. Second time I have ordered, there was oreos on top and then inside there was some other type of chocolate that definitely was not oreo (I couldn't even tell what it was cause it seemed like every ingredient was added besides oreos). This location is extremely inconsistent and definitely do not recommend.

I visited the Sonic located at 630 W Elliot Road in Tempe on a Thursday afternoon around 12:30 p.m. To say this dining experience was a disappointment would be an understatement. I ordered the medium sized Crispy Chicken Sandwich combo with Tots and the total was $11.12. The wait for them to prepare my meal was probably a touch under 10 minutes. When my food was brought to me, I was shocked to see that the mint that Sonic gives their customers has shrunk in size dramatically. I have no basis of comparison between the old mint and what they serve now, but it seems like the old mint was abo

The location isn't the best, they may need to retrain their workers cause when they mess up that's extra money you'll be spending. The meal I ordered ended up being doubled and they didn't offer to refund or anything they kinda laughed it off and apologized, I paid before I realized what was happening and took the food but it makes me feel like they weren't really listening in the first place. While I'm not upset, it's frustrating to see the lack of care.
