Wife and I were looking for a new different breakfast experience that wasn't so crowded near ahwatukee this morning and came across this place was in guadalupe.. a pleasant experience. No one in the place at 10 AM on the Saturday morning. Wasn't sure what we'd get, but huevos rancheros were some of the best I've had with terrific beans, important, and really, really fresh hash brown potatoes, Martha had the oatmeal raisins and cinnamon, which was very good too. There selection of music was old guy kool, not just what you'd expect from a mexican place..and cool art..will be back...

5 star service and amazing food! Vane's Cafe is a local small family run business serving breakfast and lunch home cooking style from inside the Guadalupe Mercado. Inside is small, but indoor and outdoor covered seating is available. We have ordered the veggie omelette, pancakes, French toast, breakfast burrito (customizable), eggs, and (seasoned) crispy potatoes, none of which disappointed. There are sides and a kids menu with many options. If you are looking for a friendly experience with food that tastes like your friend's mom whipped you up something special, I'd highly recommend Vane's!

If you're in the Ahwatukee or Tempe area looking for a good breakfast spot, this place is great. I wasn't expecting to see a breakfast cafe in Guadalupe but I'm glad we checked it out. Service is great, food is great, ambience is great. Pronounced "Va-nay's" for the gringos. I recommend the taco omelette.
