Come to this one because the other one on Waterloo decided to close early and it’s 940. They got the inside clothes with people inside telling me to go through the drive-through. The drive-through line is so long I wanted to go in I didn’t wanna go through the drive-through y’all gotta do better this shit ridiculous

I ordered delivery #24 #23 and 12pc cookies this is what I received from them I have no sauce for my salad but my bag has been sauced down I called the store as soon as I received my food nothing no answer the delivery driver from doordash asked for another bag they told him no so being stressed about food prices and not having a car i order subway to get myself food 38.96 with food from subway for what my sauce to be everywhere but on my salad

Says they are open 24/7 which is why I chose this location. I wanted to grab a to go sub so I could have it for lunch later in the day. I am a delivery driver so I never know when my breaks will be. Most days I pack my lunch today was different. 630am the open sign was on but all the lights were off and the door was locked.

Terrible place if i could rate this place a 0 i honestly would, rude customer service, lazy employees always doing pickup only orders every night also When you place a order online a “man” says “yeah and you just placed that order so give a second” takes about 10min but this is my third time ordering from here within this year, you would think it being an on campus location that they would actually have it together but it is Akron for you. Its just ridiculous spending so much money on food to enjoy to get treated like bs, also food inedible, & always have you on toilet immediately, just so g
