Order a frosty and a junior cheeseburger the service was fast but opened up the sandwich and it was dry. I told the young lady that I wanted my money back. She asked me why did I order it at that time? I asked to speak to the manager very disrespectful. Why would you give somebody a dry burger that part she need to go back to training? I’m sure she wouldn’t have ate it.

My son and I were HUGE fans of the spicy chicken sammy from here...until now. It's suddenly different, and has like some sorts panco breading and there's an extreme crunchy situation going on lol...it hurt my chompers! The kiddo still liked it but to me, ew. No, thanks! I guess I will drive to Streetshole for Popeyes or Stow for Wayback Burgers because they both know their way around a spicy chicken sammy!!! Wendy's--I'm breaking up with you!

As someone who used to work in fast food y’all really need to look into re-training some of your employees on customer service. I get that your job can be stressful and that people can be really rude to you. But I shouldn’t have employees mean-mugging me when I ask for a drink carrier and being rude when they say y’all don’t have any. I’ve always been very nice to the employees here despite having multiple orders get messed up and never complaining. They don’t need to go out of their way to be nice but they shouldn’t be treating customers like they are a burden just because they are ordering.

I have never been here when they were busy, so maybe that would change my review. Regardless, drive thru service is usually quick, they give silverware with potatoes and got drinks correct. One time they were out of potatoes but substituted other items of my choice. Fast food is a hard and stressful job, and frequent staff shortages make it even worse so I appreciate that this location is available, convenient and open.
