The bar has been set. I love Italian food and this is by far the best I've ever had. I got Joe's Oscar and added 3 prawns. Delicious! Wife got chicken Romano. Kiddo got children's chicken tenders. Everything was DELICIOUS! We also ordered a slice of Italian cream cake. It was Fantastic too. Service was spectacular. Staff super friendly. Can't wait to come back and try a different dish. Everyone else in our party was well satisfied too. Our server Sammie was THE BEST!!!!!!

The atmosphere was great, live music, awesome food, excellent service, laid back atmosphere! Trust me, you will be taking half of your order to go, they give you plenty to eat. I had the Lasagna & she had the surf & turf. The "slice" of cake they serve is really, really big & delicious. You must try the cake!! Again, you will be taking most of it home with you. We had the coconut cake, but, the strawberry & chocolate is delicious also. I definitely recommend Joe's Italian in Alabaster AL!!!!

We had Joe’s lasagna at a Christmas party and I thought it was great. Therefore we had to make a trip down to Alabaster to check it out. We sampled everything. Bread, appetizer and dessert! The chicken parmigiana was very good and so was the spinach dip. Cake and the Caesar salad were ok. I would recommend the lasagna and the chicken parmigiana.

It had been years since my last visit to Joe’s Italian, and I’d been craving their beloved pesto white sauce pasta that I remembered so fondly. Unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. The pasta was overcooked, and the sauce was surprisingly lacking in flavor. My husband ordered the lasagna — normally one of his favorite meals anywhere — and he also found it pretty bland. There were a few bright spots. My salad was fresh and flavorful, and the tomato basil soup we shared was delicious. The focaccia bread and dipping sauce were definitely a highlight of the meal.
