Great stable for a healthy bowl. Similar to Cava but I think these bowls would be easier to make at home if you wanted to! I prefer the flavor profiles as it seems most items on the menu mix with each other well with little effort, and the interior is cute and colorful. Very Floridian lol! Definitely try this place if you’re in the area and looking for healthy yet convenient food. The service was good with decent portions, and the girl at the front was exceptionally bubbly which we loved!

This is my second time trying this place and the first time my food was really dry and burnt, but I wanted to give it a second chance because they had a good selection for a pretty good price. This time my food was amazing! I got two bowls each with BBQ chicken and broccoli, then in one bowl I got the coconut rice and the other bowl I got the kale salad (I split the rice and salad evenly between the two bowls when I ate it so that’s why it looks like there’s so little). The vegetables were crunchy and juicy. The chicken was super flavorful and the rice was delicious. I will definitely be going

I’ve generally had a great experience at Fresh Kitchen. The staff is friendly, the food is consistently good, the restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Overall, it’s a place I enjoy visiting. The reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because I observed a front-of-house employee wearing black nitrile gloves repeatedly touching her hair and then continuing to serve customers without changing her gloves. Food safety and hygiene are very important, and seeing this was concerning. Aside from that issue, my experiences have been positive. I hope management addresses this with s
