I got my regular GOLDEN EAGLE WITH EXTRA CARAMEL DRIZZLE AND EXTRA SWEET WITH COLD FOAM ON TOP ❗️📍😻 Sweetest people that work here never messed up an order of mine I really love to go back probably the first best place to get ice coffee at really RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO LOVES ICE COFFEE OR JUST A REGULAR DRINK IN GENERAL

First time at this Alamo location and the service and coffee was terrible, my drink was watered down it tasted bland no flavor. As well as the other 2 drinks we got, it was disappointing because we love the coffee from Dutch bros but the girl making it was not it and ignored us when we would called her. Wouldn’t even turn to look at us.

Jack the service was amazing. The line was long. It was backed up, but they only had one person working, Jack handled himself amazingly and still provided the best service. They definitely can use more workers in the morning.

Visited a couple of days ago and had a great experience, Lory helped me out and chose the perfect drink for my sweet tooth craving! She was so nice, funny and patient she seems to enjoy her job which is wonderful to see nowadays from kids. Only thing I don’t enjoy seeing is those kids outside in the heat for long periods of time sunned out. As a mother I would hate to have my child out there in this kind of heat I had to Tip good because I can only imagine😭😢.
