Unfortunately this locations staff lacks quality control, customer service, efficiency, and work ethic. Which currently effects and reflects negatively onto the restaurants brand and franchise owner. I would highly recommend having a regional manager review cameras for quality control and a sales audit at this restaurant location.

There are 2 Jack in the Box locations near me, this one being slightly farther away. I will always go to this location for my 5am breakfast! I place my order online and it always hot and most importantly correct when I arrive. The quality of my food and the individuals working here during the early morning hours are way better than the San Juan location.
