The wings never have enough sauce on them and they are always hard and basically burnt. I asked for extra sauce once to see if I’ll get saucy wings and they still barely had sauce on them and I paid extra for it. And the service is terrible. I always have to wait for a long time in the front while employees walk past instead of helping me.

We were immediately seated which was nice. My group of 3 waited about 20 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. Which isn't a huge problem however, it wasn't super busy. We got our initial drinks and we had long periods waiting for our waiter to come back. The burger I ordered was excellent. However, having to flag down our waiter every 30 minutes was pretty frustrating. Our waiter came to our table once to take our order and dropped off the food. We requested boxes for our leftovers and it took about an hour to get those boxes. Once again after flagging down our server/waiter. Regardles

Food is amazing and staff is great, but I wanted to point out that Buffalo Wild Wings has something that I was searching for during both of my pregnancies. I wanted a cake so chocolate filled and moist it melted in your mouth, one that haunted my dreams for years. THEY HAD THE CAKE! I kid you not 100/10 perfection. Thankyou Buffalo Wild Wings <3

Waited almost 30 minutes on a 15 minute wait time to be seated. Several customers behind us walked out due to this. Our server completely made up for this. She was attentive and polite and was constantly moving around the restaurant floor working. Good customer service and food can and will outshine wait times. 5 starts to Emily at the Alamogordo NM store!
