Been sitting in Drive Thru to pick up my order for 8min. 2 workers have walked by the window and neither one came to say we'll be right with you or have you been helped. The lady keeps coming and grabbing orders from back but doesn't come to the window. They need training on Customer service, because to sit here for over 10min. now and nobody has acknowledged I am even here. Absolutely Ridiculous!! Inside not very busy and it took 15min to pick up pizza that was sitting in warmer ready.

Waited 45 mins for my pizza that should have been done when I got there. Received a half hearted apology and nothing for my wasted time. A worker and a manager were fighting in the back. Very unprofessional. They blamed the kid.for.messing up.my order and making me wait but offered nothing for my time. Next time, I'm going to dominos instead.

I really it enjoyed it here. It was casual and calm inside with a nice staff, hot food and a good deal on a large pizza. I really liked the crust even after reheating the leftovers at home it stayed somewhat fluffy rather than stale or hard.

Place was cleaned. Service was on point. (We were the only customers there). We were informed that the AC was not working. It was a bit uncomfortable eating in a warm establishment.( 100 degree weather outside temperature.) Pizza was hot and ready quick. Boneless Wings were a little too crisp to my taste. No ice or fountain drinks due to another problem in their establishment. Had to order bottle drinks, which weren't too cold. The taste of pizza made my decision to give them 3 stars.
