The restaurant is at a very convenient location. The drive thru was very quick with friendly service and the food was great. The landscaping around the drive thru does need a bit of a trim, it's getting close to the vehicles otherwise no issues

There is a worker there. She’s young, possibly Hispanic, and has a horrible attitude. She slammed the window door in my face as I was requesting for assistance- not once, but twice. The male manager on duty at the time seemed incapable of recognizing poor customer service and holding his employees accountable. The young lady even roles her eyes in my face. Uncertain a to what she was upset about, but never should negative energy be spread over food someone has to ingest. Horrible experience today!

Slow @ taking oder, despite of drive thru being empty. Took long to receive my order 6 tacos which were cold and hard. Have'nt been to jack in the box in years now i know why. 🤔🤔😒😒😒
