Haven't had del taco in years so decided to come in on a Wednesday afternoon. I wish I can turn back time and went elsewhere. I remember the fish tacos used to be so good. I saw they had a deal of 3 fish tacos for 6.99. I thought, what a steal right? Boy was I wrong. As you can tell by my pictures, they looked unappetizing. Just didn't taste good and had no flavor at all. Sadly this will be the last time ever coming back to a del taco.

I’m writing to express just how frustrating and unacceptable my recent experience was at one of your locations. We placed a very simple order: queso fries without meat. This wasn’t a complicated request—it was clearly stated, and for an obvious reason: we are observing Lent and cannot eat meat. Despite that, what we received wasn’t even close. Instead of queso fries, we were handed a sad excuse for an order—plain fries with shredded cheese tossed on top. No queso, no effort, and clearly no attention paid. To be fair, I don’t love Del Taco’s food, nor any fast food really. Because of its location, I usually go several times per week before class. The food always tastes like it’s supposed to, the workers are always friendly, my order is always correct, and I never have to wait. The crew is solid, and hopefully management values them, because I definitely do.

I come here often and they always seem to mess up my orders. Tonight I ordered fries and it was only a quarter full. I don't think the workers enjoy their job. A few days ago I came in picked up my orders and a female and male worker were rude to the some customers. They need to be better trained on their customer service. The kiosk machines weren't working very well and they kept telling them to use them and the one customer told they that they weren't working. You keep packing up the prices and the customer service is going down hell. You want $20 a hour but give shitty customer service and
