Staff truly made our lunch special. The cashier had great menu knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions. I got the grilled chicken and the cardiac fries, I haven’t had them in years but boy were they good omg. Missed coming to the place, will definitely be stopping in again soon. The manager Ivonne was very attentive and came and talked to our table to make sure everything was going smoothly. WE LOVE SCOTTY P’S

Extremely disappointed!!! We waited 20+ minutes for our to go order and my crispy chicken sandwich was so thin and dry, and served on a stale bun. The bun was (not exaggerating) rock hard that I couldn't bite into it!!! I had to tear it with my teeth, again, not exaggerating! Who serves food like this? The cheese on the cardiac fries was also hard that it just wasn't fun to eat at all. Just gross. I don't want to eat hard, dried up, cold cheese. We also asked for ranch on the side for our fries and rings but they forgot that along with forgetting to throw out expired buns. Never going again
