This is typically my go to location and I regularly have a good experience here, but tonight was a different story. I ordered through the drive-through and even had a pleasant conversation with an employee there about motorcycles (since I was one). I have done this on motorcycle many times already with no issue, but this time around a car got too close to me after I ordered, so I decided to pull off to the side as to not block the drive-through lanes but also still wait for my meal in a safer place. Chick-fil-A has always been known for its cleanliness and amazing staff. I have never been so disappointed in my life at how dirty this location was. The bathrooms were disgusting. The tables were disgusting. The floors were filthy. And the person of the check register had no personality was not very friendly. Having Three kids and being a frequent Chick-fil-A visitor, this was extremely disappointing. Even the kids made a comment about how they’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A so dirty in their life. It was filthy and very shocking.

Great experience. All the staff are so incredibly kind here and so helpful as well. Shout out to Jacob the manager who had amazing customer service and managerial skills. The sweet young lady who took our order was so kind and nice to talk to, she’s definitely a keeper i wish i had gotten her name. 10s all across to this location, from the food to the staff!
