I had a great experience at Panera. The pickup process was smooth, easy, and very convenient. My order was ready on time, and everything was organized perfectly for a quick grab-and-go experience. I was also impressed by how much Panera has upgraded. The portions were generous, and I received plenty of food for the price. Everything was fresh, delicious, and exactly as ordered. It’s great to see the improvements they’ve made, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future meals. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed everything about Panera.except for one of the employees was sitting right behind my friend and I putting on her face makeup and brushing and flopping her her hair all over., the whole time we were there, I found that very un acceptable. I call corporate to advise this and how I felt about it. I asked for a refund due this experience changed my appetite. Corporate said the would advise the store manager. Never got my refund, really have to think of going back.

I see panera and some restaurant closeby...have interesting set up for handicapped. I think it is to discourage we who have to use a walker. There is ONE handicapped parking directly in front. The other 3 for pick up and drive thru. Also interesting 2 other handicapped places on east side of building by drive thru. One would have to jump the curb or walk an extraordinary distance to reach the front door. I say this as i do enjoy panera with family. My fr onion soup received THREE croutons?? Really? My daughter had to jockey back inside as she had gotten the order to go. Outdoor sea

Panera has gone completely downhill, I'm sad to say. Look at photos to see what a tuna sandwich gets you these days. Yet prices continue to to go up. I had a HORRIBLE lunch here, just absolutely no tuna on my sandwhich. Thank you for the BREAD SANDWHICH. Seriously, we paid $45+ to eat this recession meal. After years of loyalty I'm deleting my app, deleting my account, and deleting this place from my memory. I can't believe this is where we are. This place is going to go out of business soon if it continues to scam it's customers with weak, thin, BREAD SANDWHICHES.
