On our way to New Mexico (4/10/26), stopped for a quick breakfast/lunch meal. Read good reviews on El Manantial Restaurant. There was only one person there on the early morning shift. She seated guests, took orders, served customers, cashiering and constantly checked on all customers to see if they needed anything else. Then in between all that she was doing (with a smile), she washed an area of the floor! Amazing Service!

El Manantial Restaurant is a great Mexican spot for a casual meal with generous portions and consistent flavor. The chips and salsa came out quickly, and the salsa had a nice kick without being too spicy. My entrée was hot, well-seasoned, and served with plenty of rice and beans, making it a good value for the price. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and family-friendly even when the place was busy. Overall, a reliable place to come back to when you want classic Mexican comfort food done right.
