Went to the location on Ross and I will say you all seriously need to speak to those employees or something needs to be done because the customer service is beyond unwelcoming. I walked in not a single hello or welcome in, the employees behind the counter seen me but did not bother to help me, they gladly helped their customers that walked in after me though who I guess were regulars because they were talking like they knew each other. I eventually was able to order after several minutes but still got a rude attitude. I won’t finish the rest because it’s all just the same experience. It was de

Not disappointed but somehow I can't believe I gave this place yet another try! From the beginning the service was bad with the people biting their nails, annoyed to take my order and not to mention how rude everyone was. I was hoping the rest of my visit to paleton would smooth over but I had no ice in my aguas frescas, my corn in a cup was more like corn in AGUA, and it was literally so disgusting everywhere you looked. Disgusting service, disgusting snacks and overall disgusting place. No wonder it has gone down hill. Can't wait to give other nearby places a try.
