Yesterday I went there to use my points because they were about to expire. It was so packed with Palo Duro HS students. That's why my food took long. I ordered the quarter-pounder, but it had too much cheese on it. The fries and lemonade were good.

So I came and it said 24/7 open then I went through the drive through and they didn’t answer me so I went to the first door and I saw a young teen she didn’t see me at first then I knocked at the window and she looked at me and went to hid then she ran to the back I didn’t know why at that point so I drove to the drive through again and then she turned off all the lights then I knew way she went to the back, too turn off the lights. I just wanted some large fries. I was hungry. Like you could have just said sorry we are closed for today. They have bad customer service.

Me and all my kids and grandchildren come here alot the food sometimes isn't cooked all the way and the managers are always mean no one knows how to answer a phone call or no one knows how to return a phone call so whats the point in having a phone at work if they never answer to hear us complain
