If you want some home cooking while out-and-about or on the road, this is the place to go! The people running the spot were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. And the food? My meal was wonderful. Grilled pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, collared greens. Huge portions, great ingredients. Made fresh with care. Absolutely delicious. Plate-lickin' great.

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon with a friend. We did dine in and I ordered the fried shrimp plate with mashed potatoes and they had greens as a special side that day. The food is so good you eat it before you even breathe. My friend got the fried catfish and said it was beyond good. The prices are really great, too. Staff was friendly and helpful and the place is super fresh. Definitely a must try local spot in Amarillo.

I've eaten here 3 times in 3 days sadly I only have 1 picture though because I've been devouring it without thinking but luckily I got a togo order today and decided to snap a pic. I've had the chicken and waffles 10/10 so good seriously cannot recommend them enough. Catfish (Friday only) 10/10 first time trying sides I got mac and cheese, and okra it was delicious so delicious in fact I ordered Mac and Cheese again the next day. Rib Dinner (Saturday only) 20/10 the best ribs in Amarillo I know everyone has their favorites this is texas after all but these were by far and away the best ribs I'
