This Maverik location is clean and well run. It is a pretty busy location and we often go there because of the rewards program. But I'm rating places based on food - so this is more of a food review. When it comes to hot dogs, Maverik is a fantastic place. They have a condiments bar with lots of options and different types of dogs. The drinks here are also great. Lots of selections with add-ins. I tried the honey chicken sandwich and thought it was good for a gas station buy. I have bought the fire grill burritos before and was not happy with those any time (I tried 2x). Donuts are al

In September 2025, we visited Maverik on East State Street in American Fork, Utah. This Maverik store was clean and well-maintained, and there are outdoor picnic tables to use for picnic meals. Maverik has great murals on their store walls, that show natural scenery of nearby places. The restrooms are clean and functional, and set the industry standard for roadside restrooms. We enjoy visiting Maverik stores and gas stations. In November 2025, we visited Maverik again. They provide a free doughnut for each Adventure Club Member's birthday. This is probably the best gas station on state street. It's wonderful how it's open twenty four hours when i'm doing everything I need to do twenty 4/7 . Always clean, always got stocked, always ready to go. And it has ethanol free fuel. Become a member and get the points...It really pays off

I love Maverik above all other gas stations, I even have a nitro card! BUT this location has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. The bonfire grill is especially bad, with no food at all in the mornings, and hardly anything the rest of the time. Stocking shelves also seems to be a bit of a problem as there are often empty spaces on shelves and in the drink fridges. The fountain drinks are usually okay, but there’s almost always at least one soda that is out of order. Staffing seems to be the main problem as there’s only one or two people in the store at any given time. Again, I love Maverik,
