I ordered the supreme Pizza on pan crust and the crust was hard and dry. Barely any sauce or cheese. It doesn't smell good either. I used to love this pizza and now it tastes bad. Wish I could get my money back.

In October 2025, we visited Pizza Hut in American Fork, Utah. We were buying the Personal Pizzas Promotion, and the pizzas tasted great. Pizza Hut makes great food, and this is a great promotional offer that is available on Tuesday nights through October. Management/owner is clearly so bad at this location. Every employee I have interacted with here has been exceptionally pleasant and professional, but they are CLEARLY chronically understaffed, with one person hustling to prepare 3-6 orders within 15-30 minutes. Every employee has been uniquely kind, but pretty obviously stressed. I dare the owner to properly staff up and see what wonders it does for your revenue within 2 months!!

Our cheese pizza was completely soaked in grease. The bottom of the pizza box was all wet from it. The grease is all you could taste. It was disgusting. Usually like this place. Today might make us think twice before ordering from here again. 🤢
