I mean... It's Wendy's. As fast food goes it's, pretty darn good. But there's a new breed of stiff competition. That said, the American Fork staff are super friendly and quick, and that means a lot to me. I really appreciate the crew here. The building is showing its age, but it's being kept up well, and it's always clean when I stop by. If you're in the mood for one of Dave's creations, and you're in the neighborhood, stop by and tell them Mister Chilidog sent you. 😉

The Wendy's in American Fork provided me with great service. When I picked up my dinner it only was only less than a 5 minute wait. The cashier was very friendly and provided me great customer service getting my food quickly and making sure I had everything to enjoy my meal.

Cold Food? I ordered a breakfast burrito that came out cold and when I pulled back through the drive-through to get it heated up, the lady argued with me that it was cold? I told her I can feel the tortilla and it is cold. She argued with me that it was cold and said something about this is how she does it. Then told her I want my money back for the burrito then she argued with me and asked for my son's sandwich back so I handed her my son sandwich and then she just slammed the window 3 minutes later she brought me my change and was super nice telling me to have a great day. I wait several minutes to place an order because the cashier was talking on the phone. I don't care how slow it is being on the phone when there is a customer, is unexeptable. The atmosphere made me feel forgotten or ignored. What's more they made me wait while serving food to people who ordered after me. I did get the order right, it tasted good, and it didn't take to long to get my food once I ordered so that's something positive
