John Whitehead★★★★★Roslyn was an amazing server. She made sure that we got sat with our party of eight even though they were busy as all get out. The food was all around impressive. The ribs were surprisingly moist and the hot wings were piping hot and very juicy with a slight smoked flavor. All the sides were really good. I definitely would recommend eating here.

Last week was my very first time in Iowa as I was there for a Graduation, and I was referred to this restaurant by a gentleman named; Mr. Jason as he sat next to me on the flight…. May DD★★★★★BBQ lovers come on down! Food was delicious and everything fresh and on point! The Wisconsin Cheddar squares are a hit! Got to have the brisket and burnt ends! Also, a nice menu for kiddos. The place is huge and service was friendly and courteous! also had the Iowa platter...the jalapeno sausage and the Bourbon bacon were so good. This plate is plenty to share!
Jim Crabb★★★2025 Update: Service is spotty, about half the time I order wings from them the order is wrong. Even when I tip enough to get another order of wings. They do fix most of the mistakes though. Tried Jethro's Steak and Chop tonight, it was very good. Had the Angry Burger, with Jalapenos, and Harbenero sauce. It was very spicy, but not overpowering (I think), the double patties were cooked through, and still very juicy as I saw them running down the burger. Happy to report that the buns held together the entire time, as at other places I've had them dissolve on me, even before I got the burger unw
