The food was really good. Clam chowder was good. Wish it was a little hotter. I mean it was still hot. Just not burn your mouth hot like I like! Halibut was different sando! Waitress really didn't do much. Had to get refills myself!

My incredible uber driver who’s lived in Alaska since the 70s recommended the White Spot Cafe and proclaimed that they had the best halibut sandwiches in the state (a bold claim!). So I quickly changed and walked there for lunch and… my uber driver was right! It was the best halibut sandwich and coleslaw that I’ve ever had! If you’re looking for an authentic local eatery, this is it! And my server was so incredible. 100/10!

Small local diner. They are known for their halibut sandwich but got the platter. Fish was flaky and crispy. But lacked a bit in flavor. Lemon helped. Coleslaw was great. Reindeer chili good but tasted like standard chili.

Great find. I would definitely eat here again if I lived in Anchorage. Erica and Mo were friendly, efficient and attentive. I had the hamburger and fries and the Mrs. had the halibut basket and fries. The burger was good and the fries were excellent. Well cooked and fresh. The halibut was fried but not greasy. We ate it all. Definitely recommend this to all who visit Anchorage.
