Yeah yeah yeah it's all good. five stars all around. But the best part is the rewards program. If you get the discounted gift cards at Costco and order on double points Thursday you will get a free sandwich every 3.5 sandwiches or so. Amazing.

I love this little rustic sandwich shop at Ann Arbor. I bought the prime rib sandwich and I'm having mixed feelings. It's definitely a solid sandwich and the veggies were very flavorful, but I purchased the prime rib sandwich for the prime rib not the veggies and the sandwich was not packing a lot of meat. Overall if they didn't skimp out on the meat this would be one of the best sandwiches I had. —04/30/25

Great restaurant! Love potbelly, at least this location. The prices are very reasonable and portions are good. One meal and a milkshake had me full for hours (in a good way). I would recommend every sandwich, very flavorful! The milkshakes were also delicious and well worth the money. Oreo flavor is perfect.

Manager was very rude to me and did not acknowledge me. I waited an hour to pick up a catering order I literally had to get his attention by raising my voice for him to acknowledge me he would not give me any information about my catering order he just ignored me. I will never deliver do not want to see that man ever again I'm calling corporate on him I never make negative reviews but this one I was making sure this gets posted. He does not deserve to be a manager... One of the employees apologized for his terrible behavior.
