First time visiting and I was really impressed. I accidentally ordered a Thai tea without removing the boba, and while I was mentioning it to my boyfriend, she overheard and kindly offered to replace it—such great customer service. My only small suggestion is that the T-shirts on the wall looked a bit dusty and could use a quick refresh. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

You know first time they make a mistake on my drink they give me the wrong side. I say OK no problem. It happens second time I order the popcorn chicken. They put the side the sauce on the side instead of on it. OK no problem. This time they put the chicken and then they put the sauce on it and I asked her to be on the side. This is getting really ridiculous. I mean simple test they mess up. I understand they’re very busy, but they have to be very diligent.

This is the best boba in the area. They have all sorts of flavors and are very consistent. The seating and interior and have a nice personal touch with somewhat curated anime art and some figures. While it’s a franchise, it is significantly different (and better) than the Fairfax location.

I went towards the closing time after a concert and the service was quick despite all the rush and many orders. The workers were sweet as well, the drinks were nice too. The rice in my onigiri was a little stiff and cold but other than that this location is great
