I come to this Wendy’s far too often… it not perfect but it’s one of the better locations. It’s right next to my work, so I get lunch here too much (some of the workers have even remembered my order…). I’ve never been inside, just go through the drive thru all the time. Somewhat clean parking lot and the people working there are typically really nice, except during peak lunchtime, so around 12 to 2pm they’re more snappy with things and the line is really long for the drive thru. Food is always good, compared to other Wendy’s locations. Note: the first window is never open

I stopped by Wendy’s after work to grab a quick dinner and ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich along with a 10-piece chicken nuggets. After taking a few bites, I noticed something tasted off. I continued eating until I bit into a piece of chicken that was cold and, upon checking, I saw that it was half-cooked and partially raw. This was extremely disappointing and concerning from a food safety standpoint. I expect better quality and care when it comes to preparing food. I’m hoping this can be addressed appropriately, as it really affected my experience. Thank you for your attention to this matt

I will never step foot in this location again. I came in today and was rung up for the wrong, more expensive item. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee, Martha, and the manager argued with me endlessly instead of just fixing it. ​To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to give me a refund for the overcharge, and then stood right behind the counter complaining loudly about me where I could hear everything. The manager was completely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Truly awful customer service—avoid this location.

Here’s a negative review you could use: I had a really disappointing experience with the staff at Wendy’s. The employees seemed uninterested and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. It took way longer than expected to even place my order, and no one acknowledged the wait or apologized. When I finally got my food, the staff member handing it to me barely said a word and acted like I was bothering them. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, which made the whole visit frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re expecting friendly or efficient service. Also NOW THEY CHAR
