It was the first time trying any Jersey Mike’s and today we wanted Moe’s but they were closed (front doors locked, yet one man eating alone inside). So, a few doors away was this cute sandwich shop. We looked up reviews and decided to try them. The restaurant is small as you might expect and spotless in the heart of the lunch hours. Five staff members were behind the counter and they operated so smoothly. The young lady who took our order was extremely helpful and friendly. Jersey Mike’s in Derby is an excellent location for the RT8 exit 16, 17 area, retail shops, and a hospital nearby. The staff were really nice and the service was quick considering plenty of other customers. The number 7 sandwich was fresh and delicious and enjoyed with a cold root beer.

My roommates and I have a weekly Wednesday night Jersey Mikes Tradition and we will never go to another JM location. Not only is the place spotless, the atmosphere and the staff are welcoming truly this whole team is incredible but Josh & Steve are the MVPS they are so helpful, polite and it feels like home. So for 4 years we've gone there and also order takeout 2x a week because it's the healthiest food in the area that's quick.
