I tried ordering their family pack online but there was no option for it. Decided to go in and they now have a kiosk to order. Searched the kiosk and couldn't find it there either. Lady working the drive thru stopped to help me and they did indeed have family packs you just can't order on the kiosk. Their card machine on one kiosk also wasn't working. She did do my order for me and was super friendly and helpful. Food was good and hot.

My entire order was absolutely disgusting, the taco shells were old and had a weird taste, I almost threw up. I paid 1.50 for two little small cups a pico de Gallo and it was mainly tomatoes and cilantro, there were barely any onions if any at all. It didn't even taste like Pico. The fries were fresh but over cooked, so they were hard and had no salt. I stopped going to this del taco for the same reason with the shells being old and I decided to give them a chance tonight but I won't be going back. I spent over $20 and didn't eat one thing.

Been coming here for a while, but today I had the worst experience. I used the app to place an order and they have a "I'm Here" button so they can make the food when you show up. The button wasn't working so I went inside to explain to the cashier who rudely cut me off before I could explain and she pointed to where my order was. I asked her, "Is this why the 'I'm Here' button wasn't working?" She responded sassy, "I don't know, probably." She clearly filled out and application for a job she didn't want to work, and now I have cold food. My taco also had very little meat, no lettuce, and just

placed a mobile order and waited an extra 10 mins and then went in line, and i noticed that when i pulled into the drive thru the employees were just standing outside smoking and not even working on the order. and i STILL got parked afterwards, waited atleast 25 minutes for a mobile order. and on top of it all they were extremely rude🤦🏻‍♀️
