My friends and I went thanksgiving week while I was visiting family. We did drinks and dinner. Our server identified as being new and did a great job. Very nice and attentive. Service was very quick. They have a large variety of food and drinks on the menu. Food wise, they let you mix and match the types of tacos you get, which is great because of a lot of delicious sounding flavors. Natalie, our server, soft spoken, polite and personable was the start and end of our visit. Being an out of towner, we were fortunate to have a FB follower of the PAC, respond to our request when we indicated our visit on a Sunday seemed to be challenged by an open, "no chain" request for where to eat. The Appleton Noon Optimist group needed a place to host a small gathering during Police Week to honor the Appleton Police Department, and after having so many great meals at Tipsy Taco & Tequila Bar, I reached out to see if they could accommodate our group of about 15 people. Sarah was wonderful to work with and made the process easy from start to finish. We chose the taco buffet, and it was fantastic!
