I had a very disappointing experience at Dave's Hot Chicken. I ordered the #2 meal and specifically asked for no pickles and no minis the yello oil on it but they added a lot of them anyway. When I noticed the mistake and asked for it to be corrected, the staff were not helpful and did not change my order. The customer service was poor, and I felt that my concerns were ignored. It's frustrating when a restaurant does not pay attention to simple order requests and then refuses to fix the mistake. Maryah was super sweet and helpful she got everything we needed our food, napkins, extra Dave's sauce before we even asked for it. She made conversation with us and made the atmosphere super calming and fun

Moist thick chicken sandwich with hardly any wait....wish the chicken piece was a little bigger and the napkins a little thicker... Tried mild level and I could barely taste any heat but would come back for the flavor... Fries were better then average but the bun was the kicker...like a Hawaiian roll....

First time coming to Dave's hot chicken, the employees are awesome, Maryah was very friendly and helpful! The food, I know a lot of people love it, but for me and my wife was meh, wasnt a fan of the seasoning on the chicken, the fries were alright, the slider was also fine. To us wasnt that great to come back unfortunately. It wasnt bad just not our cup of tea. Place was very clean tho and very friendly, that and employees are a 10/10 Thankyou!!!
