Can't believe how close Sushi Yo is to home, yet hadn't tried it until now. It was gorgeous and clean inside. Service was very prompt and polite. The food came out after a reasonable amount of time, and it was DELICIOUS! The salad dressing was yummy, the miso soup was perfect (not too salty or, heaven forbid, sweet, like we have had in some places--blech). The salmon sashimi was so incredibly fresh, it melted in my mouth. The flavor was clean, like it came straight out of crystal-clear ocean waters. Was in the area for a meeting, so tried new place. I was a little shocked of the location in an almost empty "shopping mall" But there were two other tables with groups of people already there. We ordered off of the lunch specials and got Yo Ramen; bento box w/teriyaki salmon,chicken katsu, salad, rice and miso soup; and an order of lemon salmon roll - the latter was also on the lunch special menu (two other rolls available on the lunch menu.) 10/10 Experience. Came here on an impromptu date and had a fantastic time. Ordered the "Foxy Mama" for my Foxy Mama and it was delicious. The slight crunch of the fried green onions and dried chilis on top was perfection! I would recommend sitting by the sushi bar to chat with the amazing staff (Shoutout Abel!). A wholesome man with wisdom to share for all young couples. I hope he gets a raise so he can raise his family.

Stopped here with my husband for a late lunch on Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at this restaurant. It was clean and decorated nicely. The food was outstanding, best sushi we've had in Arden. We got four rolls and couldn't decide which one we liked the best. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back.
