This place is a gem! We came at last minute with a party of 10. They took their time and were very accommodating. The food is to die for. Specially the pancakes. Very recommended.

asked about what oil they use for pancakes, waffles. pam spray for waffles which has soy lechin. and soybean oil for their griddle. my toddler has a soy allergy among other things. fiest the server was resistant to wven find out what oil they use, told me better not to eat there/order basically. so i tried to find an alternative by asking about the pancakes since those are made on the griddle and not a waffle maker. was then told soy oil by another worker and he proceeded to say its best not to eat there. i have NEVER been treated/spoken to that way about allergies in ANY establishment. I have been to Ardsley diner several times. It's always...ok. It is overpriced for diner food but I feel like it is a consistent, decent, quick meal. The service is always excellent. Last night I ordered a side of brussel sprouts and a burger patty. That's it. Just a patty, no bun no fries, just the patty. The other "add ons" to salads range between $8 (for chicken) - $12 (for steak). I was charged $14.99 for just the patty. The brussel sprouts were already over priced at $15 for a side. Perfect place for a good breakfast. Nutella pan cake is a must, will skip the regular French toast. Wraps are pretty good. Place to sit outside for a sunny day. Gets really busy between 11-12.30 on weekends so there will be wait.
