The worst! Wanted to charge me for onion rings after telling me they are out of fries, jalapenos, TACOS, chicken and I receive restroom napkins. If you are out of things at least make a good sandwich. Not excited about this at all!

Placed an order for dinner thru the mobile app, when my husband showed up to pick up the order we were told someone else picked up the order and it wasn’t the manager Shay’s problem. She did not offer a refund or to remake the order.

Eliotte Made Us Wait 17 Mins For 8 Tacos. When We Went To Eat Them. The Middle Part Was Frozen 🥶 😡 So I Called Up There & Was Told I Would Get A Refund, 8 New Tacos & 2 Free Meals. Come Find Out Eli Wasn’t A Manager & He Couldn’t Do Anything For Us But Give Us A Refund. So No More Tacos Or No Free Meals! Sonte The Manager Didn’t Even Apologize Or Tried To Make It Right.
