This location is right down the street from UTA. So it's almost like a campus, fast food Mcdonald's. It has a cool vibe atmosphere. The night that we visited, it was very busy. Most of the tables were in use. We had just attended an event at UTA. The food was very hot and fresh, tasted great. The service was okay. It took us five minutes to wait for someone to come to the front counter to order. Only one digital kiosk was working, and there was three people standing in line waiting for it. Always clean, food always fresh and flavorful, customer service is usually good with the exception of jun 10th 2026 around 4:00pm, there was a younger, tall black lady, she was pretty rude, i said thank you and she said mmmhmmm but very quiet. Everything she said was very quiet as if she didnt want to be there and as if she hated her job. Besides her, everything is perfect.

I placed an order for a sausage and cheese McMuffin with a hash brown as part of a $4 value meal, and a medium coffee with 2 creams and 6 sugars. The staff member at the window -(I believe her name was Luciana) handed me the wrong order. She initially attempted to give me a small coffee, and I informed her that this was not the correct order. Been coming here for over 8 years. I usually order my coffee came in at 7:55 AM ordered a medium iced coffee and three cookies went to pay and then went to the window to pick it up. They said that to make them fresh I said for three cookies so I drove around the corner waited waited about 10 minutes. Nobody showed up went inside to pick three cookies up wanted to drive off. A waste of time. . Nobody even knew what was going on. Spoke to the manager.
