I ordered two bagels the cinnamon crunch and the multigrain, with honey walnut cream cheese on the side, plus a fruit cup. The bagels were freshly baked, and the cream cheese had a rich, nutty flavor. The fruit was fresh and sweet, and it was nice to have a mix of different kinds at once. I’d recommend it. The coffee was also great, and the place has a calm, cozy atmosphere that makes it perfect for reading or studying.

I'm senior (70yrs) and when in area pass thru the Cerritos on South St. location. I have 2 SIP club accounts for me and my daughter (handicapped) I went in to get 2 SIP drinks at cashier. The Manager named Sara rudly told me I can't get more than 1 SIP. I explained to her I have 2 SIP members. She said she seen me get more than 1 every 2 hours. I told her I have not been to her location in 3 months and this is first time I'm getting my SIP today. She was very rude and said sarcastic comment when I walked out. She must be on pills or told to be bully SIP customers.

I am a frequent customer and I never write bad reviews except that my pick up order tonight was missing two bags of chips that were supposed to come with my meals. I didn’t notice until I got home so I called the store and was told that they could not do it anything to compensate me because the chips are considered “complimentary”. No effort made to fix it other than to tell me I could drive back to pick up my chips. Management should know that their inability to do anything at all will cost them business from me ever again. Sad response from the team.

There wasn't anything in the way of table service. The staff at the pass were nice enough so I don't feel right giving less than a five for service but I wish I could skip it. Atmosphere was calm, as it always is. Food was good. I was especially impressed by the caramelized onions in my steak sandwich.
