I absolutely love this restaurant! It’s our favorite spot for Mexican food. My boyfriend and I love coming here to watch Dodgers playoff games during the week when it’s not too crowded. It’s also a great place for families — the last time we were here, a big group arrived in a travel bus, and they all seemed to have a great time! My favorite waiter is Jose — he’s wonderful! The food is amazing, and they have everything. A big plus is that they serve breakfast all day. This place is dirty and nasty. When we sat down and saw the extremely dirty carpet… we questioned the LA rating “A”… we were not wrong. The food was nasty. The pozole had a foul odor and was watered down. The chicken was old. The waitress brought tortillas that smelled like they had been recooked & they put oil. The waitress brought the tortillas with another plate right on top with butter (why butter? It was my first time here. Staff was a bit slow to acknowledge our presence. Once we were seated, the server was attentive and provided excellent service. We ordered the menudo and added pigs feet on the side, it was delicious!!! Too bad I live so far, I'd come back!!!!
