Uni Uni★★Have been going to Sam Woo for a long time, went one lunch at 11AM on Tuesday, April 7. This lady hates customers — she is so rude and she gets mad when you order food. Then when you try to ask for more orders, she slams your food on the counter. Terrible woman. She should be happy Sam Woo is thriving on loyal customers but she is hasty and rude. Shame on you. Then when we asked for an extra order - she gets mad when you can’t understand the way she talks under her mask. Then she will shout at you when you don’t understand and she will mock the way you reply by saying “ha ha ha.” Talk about cu

I did order some dim sum items which are my favorite. I love their Chinese Broccoli too. We tried a tofu hot pot which was very tasty. The staff was very busy. It took them a while at the end to get us some to go boxes. We asked 3 different staff for assistance. Totally understandable that they were slammed. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food. We had plenty of leftovers to feed us for 2 more days. Great exp

Very cold and rude personality and made it a little uncomfortable to enjoy the main reason we were there for, which was to enjoy their delicious food. The Experience can be better if they have somebody that welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel like they really want you to be there to enjoy and that they're not there to take your money. The waiter was excellent, unfortunately the host even ruined the opportunity to enjoy the great service
