Scott White★★★★★Mmmm! My wife, kids, and I went here for a late dinner. We got parked (free) with no problems, and had to wait for about 10 minutes to seat 7 of us (family and a couple of kids’ friends). Service was great, and a very comfortable environment. We all had to go with the Umaya ramen because it looked so good, and it was. It was a perfect balance of flavors, noodles were cooked perfectly, and it came in just the right amount. Everyone left with big happy smiles from the delicious food and wonderful experience.
Arlene Finley★★★My son had the Tonkotsu ramen and I had the shrimp tempura donburi (although it wasn't served in a bowl). My son rates his ramen 3/5 because of the Sumo size option, the pork was very tender, and the noodles were cooked just right. However, the broth was quite bland. I rate my donburi also a 3/5. I didn't like the sauce that much. It was more of a tonkatsu sauce than a tempura sauce. I thought it will be served with the latter so I asked for sauce on the side, only to find out it wasn't. We also ordered karaage and that one was OK. We've had better. I also felt that the music was a little to
Carl Wong★★★Came here for a dinner take out and ordered 3 dishes: Squid Legs (6/10), Mini Sliders of pork belly, beef and portobello mushroom (6/10) and portobello mushroom fries (6/10). There was only 1 other customer at the time, it took a good 20 minutes to wait for my order. The fried squid legs and mushroom fries are brutal greasy. The sliders are average. We've come here in the past but for ramen, so I'll stick with that in the future.
Tony Fu★★★★★I think we have found our go-to ramen place in Cerritos! Food was excellent, priced fairly, and great service. We ordered Black Garlic Tonkatzu. The soup was excellent, and it’s not too salty like many other ramen places. I ordered extra hot water on the side just in case, and I didn’t have to use. My wife likes her noodles al dente and it came out perfectly. I like my noodles softer, asked and got what I liked. Only thing is their portions seem slightly smaller than normal, and only 1 piece of meat and half of an egg. This was ok for us as we are not too much a big eater, and I liked the
