Ordered delivery. I had some sushi rolls, miso soup, and the chicken katsu. The sushi rolls were delicious and fresh, and they came with REAL wasabi pea paste and delicious tender pink pickled ginger. I find it rare to experience real wasabi and good pickled ginger at most sushi places, so I was surprised and delighted! I loved the food and the pricing wasn't terrible either (for ordering through UberEats)

Overall 3.7/5 I had the tempura bowl, taste quite delicious. Overall price is not expensive but I wouldn't call it affordable either. Service was quick and efficient. I think, it lacks something but could not point out what, the food is good enough but not amazing. I may come back here again when I want some standard rice bowl similar what I had in Japan, even though it doesn't taste the same. But yeah, sometimes you just want to reminisce the memories of how convenient and tasty food is in Japan, and to certain level, the food here give that vibe. Give it a try, you may love it more than me.

What I really like about this place is the simplicity without taking away the quality of the food, and the ambiance where you can meet up with friends for conversations while eating a simple meal. Walking in, we were not greeted by anyone but our friends who were there already, motioning us to the table. Seated, we looked over the menu, which were filled with plenty of food choices front and back. The food is good, but it needs a little more something. I would definitely go back for the chicken dumplings and the tempura bowl, but again, it is just very basic with no pizaz. The service was excellent, and the price was pretty reasonable. If you are looking for a quick bite, this is a place to stop by.
