For the most part I enjoy Chipotle, but there’s been a consistent issue at this location. Every time I order the regular chicken, it’s extremely spicy, so much so that I end up throwing it away because I can’t eat it. I’m not talking about the spicy chicken option, I mean the regular chicken. I don’t mind a little heat, but at this location it’s way beyond what I experience at other Chipotle restaurants. In fact, I often end up driving to the other Chipotle in Ashburn because the chicken there is never overly spicy and is exactly what I expect when I order the regular chicken. This has been

If there an option to give less than 1 star, I would have given to this location worst customer experience. Staff is in rush to fill the bowl that they are not giving proper quantity, half filled. While billing, they charged for extra chicken and when we told them they said we removed. However, When I checked the statement after coming back home more money was deducted. Will never go to this location again. Rude staff, very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money
