Flour in downtown Asheville makes one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was incredible, crispy golden on the outside and buttery and soft inside. The bacon was thick and smoky, the egg just right, and the cheese melted perfectly. The coffee is great too. I usually get a latte, and it’s always smooth and well made. Flour’s kind staff had my order at the counter when I arrived and when I asked to add a few more biscuits, they got right on it.
