Very friendly person took our order and happily answered all my questions. Also a very friendly girl helping. Lots of smiles, great customer service here. So quick! And the burger, chicken sandwich and fries were delicious. Clean and lots of room.

I had a really bad experience at the Carl’s Jr. in Atascadero. The customer service was terrible, especially from an employee named Ramon. He was rude, impatient, and acted like helping customers was a problem. I asked a simple question about my order and got attitude instead of help. The whole interaction made the visit uncomfortable and unprofessional. Fast food is supposed to be quick and friendly, but this was the opposite. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at this location. Management should really pay attention to how customers are treated.

Walked in. Poor guy ordering in front of me, had to take 7-8 minutes because person taking order kept multitasking and not listening. Next, she walks away and I stand there 8 minutes before anyone even comes to the counter and acknowledging im there. 12:30 pm. Lunch time. I left and went somewhere else. Will not return.

Just tried the fish sandwich because it was on sale. It's awesome! Good breading, lots of lettuce and tartar sauce on a soft bun. Yum!
