Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The location itself looks run down the drive-thru menu is damaged and difficult to read, which should have been my first clue. I ordered two jalapeño kolaches and a Bavarian-filled donut. When I got home and checked the bag, I realized the donut was missing. To make matters worse, the kolaches were visibly old and not fresh. Shipley’s has always been my go to spot for kolaches and donuts, and I’ve never been served stale or old kolaches before. This visit on 05/29/2026 was the first time I’ve had that experience. My wife came with the app to get the free donut offer and the lady at the window said she had to get it online. What's the point of the app if you have to order online? I went to another store yesterday and I walked in and she took the app with no problems. This store the lady doesnt speak any English so that could be one problem and you couldnt get in the store cause they were having sone kind of problems they had trucks everywhere. Poor service and not coming to this store again

Kolaches and donuts are good, definitely want to go early so you have your pick of donuts. Service is meh, IDK if they actually want you there so they do get your order done and out quick. Atmosphere is non existent, but they have a drive thru so there's that.

Do better! For overpriced kolaches these things were total CRAP! Not even a full smear of cheese! Like what exactly did I pay extra for!?! I remember when kolaches were oozing with cheese. These things were dry and not to mention the ham looks a weird shade of almost green. I bought AND TOSSED 6 kolaches! This is unacceptable! $20+ dollars wasted. I also purchased a dozen donut holes and the bag looked to only have about 4-5 in there! I was charged 2.99! They aren’t even full donuts! Have you guys lost your mind with these prices!?!?! DO BETTER!
