10/10 from the first bite till it was all gone, it was delicious! I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was good, but my husband had the double pig and omg!! That one was soooo good! We also order a tomato bisque it was also good and special because the drew a heart in our tomato bisque so cute lol also tried the mobay morbier cheese plate. Everything was delicious. Staff was so friendly. Highly recommended this place.

My husband and I traveled to Athens today and by recommendation of the hotel clerk, we went to Trappeze pub. We had a darling little Weight waitress named Riley. She was bubbly, pleasant, prompt and attentive. My husband had the Panko Parmesan crusted chicken with beer, mustard mashed Yukon golds with grilled broccoli. I had the spicy pomegranate berlingerweiss glazed Mahi Mahi with Gouda grits and also grilled broccoli. It was very good and cooked just right ~we will definitely be back.

My husband and I went in to Athens to have dinner at one of our favorite places that didn’t open until 5. There was some kind of street fair going on so we took a walk to kill time. Stopped in at Trapeze for a quick drink so then we could go to dinner. The cocktails were so good we decided to stay. The lamb burger on the menu caught my husbands eye. I decided on the BLT but asked if I could add a burger to the middle. We have finally found a burger as good as we knew back home in NY. Just drove 12 hours into town and were greeted by the friendliest staff! Our bartender had great recommendations and gave us excellent service. We had to try the Belgian fries and they were as delicious as promised! The pork belly tacos are a show stopper and the Pimneto bacon burger was perfect (and they were kind enough to split it for us)!
