The drinks are strong, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is one of a kind. What a unique experience. The atmosphere in combination with the amazing food makes this an incredible choice if you are visiting Atlanta. Come a little early because there was a bit of chaos at valet but the restaurant itself was so fun! We were definitely impressed. I never clear my plate - so you know this food was delicious!! Best scallops I’ve had in the states!

This was a very iconic, neat restaurant with a lovely rotating view of Atlanta. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend this version of the sea bass (had the perfect sear, was buttery, and moist). Also, try the pork chop (fantastic carmelization of the sauce, packed full of flavor)! The Honey-O smoked old-fashioned made with honey from the Polaris bee colony was awesome and presented in a fun way; same for the Blue Dome dessert which was also very tasty. It was a joyful experience. The restaurant is on the top of the Hyatt hotel. The view is fantastic and food was pretty good and reasonably priced for its location and configuration. It is recommended to make your reservation first. You can get free valet parking at the Hyatt hotel if you dine in this restaurant.

Polaris, located at the Hyatt Regency, was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. For appetizers, we had the bread service, pork belly, and island clams—each one was excellent and full of flavor. For the main course, my daughter ordered the sea scallops, which were perfectly prepared, and we also shared the Wagyu Oscar steak. The steak was outstanding—very flavorful and cooked to perfection.
