First time leaving a review because I felt this needed attention. Customer service has been consistently rude during breakfast visits. Today we were also given the wrong pickup time ordered before 10:15 AM thru app and had to wait unnecessarily. Respectful service and honest communication should be basic expectations. Hoping ownership addresses this.

My wife was kind enough to grab me a quick meal on her way home. She didn’t realize they didn’t give her my food until she got back. After calling seven times and being forwarded to voicemail, I decided to go to Restaurant. After giving all the pertinent information the woman there said she couldn’t find my order and there was nothing she could do and advise. I come back another day so her manager can look into it to see what they can do. I’m not sure how offering to look into it another day for me solve my problem of not having anything to eat now, but I just wasted an hour of my life. I unde

😤🤬😬I had a terrible experience with this location. I clearly ordered a McChicken sandwich and fries. After waiting a while and reaching my destination, I opened the box only to find a burnt sandwich bun and overcooked chicken patty — completely unacceptable. The service was also rude and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. I don’t know who prepared the food, but it felt like there was no care at all in the quality. A few tips for other customers: Always check your food before leaving, no matter how long the line is. Ask for a receipt — they didn’t even offer one. Speak up

FYI, The playplace at this location closes at 7 pm. This information is not available online. You are not allowed to have food and drink in the playplace room. I'd recommend the one is Shrewsbury if you're looking for a playplace. It does not close and you can sit and eat in the room while the kids play. When I came at 7, the chairs in the dinning room where all up as if they were closing, dispite the dining room being open until 11 pm.
