Entered to order something quick and healthy. Order a salad which wasn't bad. The server showed exceptional customer service. Catered to my needs for the saled and an expeditious sale. The restaurant was clean and mostly quiet. Most orders were coming through the drive thru. Before leaving, I used the bathroom, which was clean. Yhere was also a code to enter. Orders in the restaurant began picking up. There were also pickup order too. Clean parking lot and no soliciting was going on.

I’m highly upset. I placed an order via door dash to be delivered. I waited over a hour for the food. My frosty was great. However, my sandwich looked like dog food! I don’t even know what kind of meat is on the sandwich especially when I order a chicken sandwich with only meat cheese. The bottom meat was burnt and I swear I don’t know what the top meat is. There was also lettuce and a dingy tomato… that I didn’t ask for. My fries were almost the same temperature as my frosty. I do not recommend this Wendy’s at all.

Long sighhhhh....everytime i come here the food is terrible it's like it been sitting all day...like how do you have line around the building but the food is still cold and soggy. And the service is disappointing. Love Wendy's but this place needs some improvement for specifically the night crew

I have given this location multiple chances and Not by choice but because it’s the closest. However, it doesn’t matter what time or what day it is it’s always a negative experience … it’s is very consistent with being terrible/ slow and below average food and service. Food is NEVER HOT OR FRESH. Orders are usually wrong and almost every single time something is missing. I don’t know what’s going on but I often see people drive off and go directly across the street to McDonalds.. This location needs some kind of revamp retreat until they can get it up to par.
